For this first week in kitchen October 20-22nd. First day, we did some knife cuts and it was review. I still need to get better and practice a lot at home and school. My first goal for knife cuts is constituency size because I had varied sizes which is not good thing. Then rest of week, we learned to cut a chicken in halves, quarters, and ten pieces. Another thing that we had to learn was sauté and roast the chicken which it was my favorite because we put vary stuff inside chicken. I put shallots, cloves, sage, thyme, and lemon which it was perfect stuff together. I had fun learning and can't wait to learn more on my journey. Here are my journals for this past week
